• We are not a medical or diagnostic service, and the exercises or breathing techniques provided in the app are for educational and self-developmental purposes only.
• As part of our educational content, the App may include self-assessment quizzes or 'tests' related to topics like stress or anxiety. These are not medical tests. The scores and results are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider.

• You may request deletion of your data or your account at any time through the Delete Account option within the App (available in the Edit Profile page) or by contacting us via email (see Section 10).
• Upon receiving a valid request for deletion, all your personal data stored on our Firebase systems will be permanently removed within 30 days.
• Currently, data export or download functionality is not available, but may be added in the future.

We do not sell or share any personal data with third-party entities for marketing or unrelated purposes. However, our app relies on trusted third-party services which are essential for functionality:

• Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Storage, Analytics): Google-owned services that handle data storage, security, and app usage analysis.
• YouTube API / Player Dependency: We use the YouTube Player to stream videos within the App. When users play a video, the YouTube Player (Google) may directly collect limited non-personal technical information (such as IP address, device information, and usage statistics related to video viewing) in accordance with the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. This data collection is handled by Google, and we do not control or access this technical data.

• Currently, our app does not include any in-app purchases or payment gateway integration.
• If subscription-based or paid features are introduced in the future, users will be notified and this Privacy Policy will be updated before implementation.
